Multipurpose theatre and music hall built in historic city enviroment of Brno, foyer was designed uisng historic parts of old building with vaults. Original vaults were also located in the basements in spaces for theatre club. Offices, changing rooms for actors and classrooms were located in street wing. Rehearsal rooms were located in courtyard wing. The proposal was aiming to adress different heights of surrounding buildings sensibly as the plot was vacant site.
