House with dental surgery

Couple of dentists have bought an old house a peaceful part of town. They wished to create a harmonious place for work and living. Dental surgery has a contrasting separate new barrier-free entrance from the street, it is located in the first floor and well separated from the living areas. On the second floor there are two children bedrooms with a bathroom and masters bedroom with its own bathroom and large walk-in closet. On the third floor in the former attic is a generous living space, containing a kitchen with and island and a terrace for morning coffee. There also is an fireplace and sofa overlooking a garden with grown trees and views of Ještěd. Above this level in the top parts of the attic is a small cosy space for reading and maybe a bit of home office work.
